This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The left side has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a subscription.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a subscription.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
i do most my work with a mechanical pencil w/ .7 led then if im in the mood ink if not i just scan in and let the photo shop juices flow then i get what i put up here... im in a slump though the rabbits the newest thing i have done in so long...
Wow. You posted that in March. Nothing since then? I know what it's like, which is why I focus on the process instead of the product. Put the time in every day at the board and go through paper. Doesn't matter if it's worth showing, as long as I develop good habits and spend the time learning and reinforcing the basics. Then, in time, it gets easier to regulate the flow.
I'm curious. How do you ink, when you do it - the traditional way with pen and brush and India ink? Or with fiber tips, markers, or brushpens (i.e. Jetbrushpen, Sumi Pigma brushpen, Pitt pen, Sharpie, Flair, etc.)?
sumi pigma pens and fine as hell tip sharpies, and i don't usually ink its like once in 3 years i do it.. its hard to draw as much right now have new job that doesn't regulate a lot of spare time other then weekends right now and after 5 days straight there mentally im whipped! but trust me i got some stuff im still working on and large piece i still haven't finished from a few years back and i just gotta find that sketch book again.
Ah! Sumi! If only they lasted longer. My go to dry brush way too fast so I only use them for touch up and mock up work. Job's important, but so is feeding and expressing the creative spirit. Hope you find the way to do both, in time. I'll keep an eye out for posts.
crow stuff.
i've always been a bit amazed at how
popular that wallpaper has been. *shrug*
thanks again.

The art of writing is the art of sitting your butt to a chair, and setting your pen to paper.
There were many, many buts that flourished throughout the land, forever to roam this great nation we call the entire world.
